So I have a laundry list of personal goals for my life. I will then break them down into a smaller laundry list of goals for the fall.
Life Goals:
[] Save more money
[] Exercise more
[] Don't lose things
[] Don't feel sad
[] Don't eat too much
[] Make things
[] Read books
[] Do a good job at work
Fall Goals:
[] Save $200 a month. Send it to John as soon as the month begins.
[] Exercise three times a week - weight lifting
[] Bike to work four times a week.
[] Concentrate on happy things, go outside when I feel sad
[] Send a letter every week
[] Send an email every two days
[] Organize work email
[] Read one book every month
